The Aberdeen Area Community Foundation (AACF) is accepting applications for grants from its Aberdeen Energy Agriculture Fund. The purpose of the fund is to support agriculture-related projects and organizations in Brown County. Applications are due February 27, 2026.A Request for Proposals available from AACF and below contains instructions for applying.
The Fund was originally funded with about $40,000 in 2024. About $10,000 remains. Grants in 2025 were issued to the Boys & Girls Club of Aberdeen Area, Brown County 4-H, the Brown County Fair and Northern State University. Funding was provided by Advanced BioEnergy.
